Shipping + Processing Information
Shipping + Delivery
- Delivery is currently free for orders over $99
- If your order is under this amount, a flat $10 fee applies for delivery to anywhere in Australia.
- Your order will be delivered by Australia Post/Courier.
- Deliveries are usually fulfilled and packed to be dispatched around 1-2 business days after an order is placed.
- Delivery usually takes a further 2-10 business days from dispatch.
- Where we use courier services we cannot control delivery timeframes once your parcel is lodged.
- During sale periods or on-sale items, deliveries take a little longer to process, so please allow more time/days on top of our normal time frame.
- Sample orders usually take longer to process and dispatch due to the high volume of demand and the process of handling samples.
- During busy times your order may take a little longer to be fulfilled.
- Samples are excluded during Sale periods and when purchasing discounted items, or when using discount codes.
- You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been sent.
- Samples cannot be requested from brands where the sizes are not larger than 30ml. If they are we will replace with something similar.
Collecting in Store
- You can place your order online and collect in store
- For orders placed online to collect from store, please make certain you have received your confirmation email before collecting.
Sale Periods
- Please expect a slightly longer processing time over busy periods, holidays and sales.
- Samples are not given with sale orders.
Shipping to New Zealand
We currently only ship candles, beauty products and our boutique items to New Zealand. We are unable to ship fragrance.
